Headbox

Head box is the heart of paper machine. Its function is to supply even and stable pulp flow to the wire section of paper machine. Every head box design has its special technical conditions, which is different according to the kind of stock, speed, flow and so on. Our company design and manufacture head box according to the actual production of the customer, and calculation and design accurately under the help of computer. Therefore, the head box can meet the customer’s demand maximumly, and gain best using effect. The head box divides into hydraulic headbox, with suitable speed 350～2000m/min; air cushion head box, with suitable speed 160-480m/min, open type speed with suitable speed 80-280m/min.
